In a 4-hour comprehensive workshop, Crowdfunding securities attorney and other national experts will walk us through how to take an entrepreneur’s concept, use Title III Crowdfunding Regulations of the JOBS Act, and prepare an actual online Crowdfunding campaign to raise between $100,000 and $20 million for their business. The purpose of producing the seminar is to support small business growth in America, create jobs, and allow benefactors to contribute to the success of other people’s lives.
